1976 Ruiz Soccer Club U-16 National Champions. The team would go to Vancover British Columbia for a showdown of the two US teams and the two Canadian teams that would compete for a chance to represent their countries in the Finals. Finals between the US Champions Ruiz S.C. and the Canadian Champions would end having Ruiz losing to the Canadians in a controversial match with penalty kicks and non-penalty calls.
