The name Groark seems to always be associated with the St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame. Kevin Groark joins Father Tom (HOF 1990), brother Tom (HOF 2015) and daughter Emily Groark who was 2017 Bob Kehoe Future Star. But Kevin Groarks’ name is also synonymous with All-American and National Champion. All-State at Aquinas High School, All-American and NJCAA Florissant Valley National Champion. A year at Saint Louis University in 1985, then to Sangamon State All-American and 1988 NAIA National Champions. 1994-95 NPLS Rookie of the Year and NPSL Champions with the St. Louis Ambush. Staying indoor, Kevin would play a part with the Steamers in1998-2000 and a summer with the St. Louis Knights A National Open Cup with the Busch SC, a part of four Missouri state championships at Scott Gallagher, and four National finalists with Scott Gallagher and Kutis. Kevin would also be a staff coach at Scott Gallagher and former Director of Coaching at Alton Soccer Club and Missouri Rush. Heritage may have played a part, but the individual talents of Kevin, makes him a Hall of Famer
