Werner "Scotty" Nilsen Inducted into the St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame 1983
Originally from the East Coast, Mr. Nilsen moved from one city to the next in order to plazy for a better and more successful team. His last move was around 1932 when he came to St. Louis to play soccer. He must have liked what he saw because it was his last move. Scotty would work, play soccer, manage soccer, and inevitably die and be buried in St. Louis.
